Our Drink of the Month for June is Huckleberry Sweet Cream Liqueur. Huckleberries are a local favorite in Montana and Wyoming, and found in everything from pies and jams to candles and soaps to, most recently, liqueur! Huckleberry looks, smells, and tastes largely like a blueberry, but with a distinctive tartness that blueberries generally don't have. This is frequently cut with a cream base, as is the case in our selection this month. While we're still not convinced that the world needs huckleberry in everything ever, it certainly makes a good base for summery drinks.Note: All drinks marked with an asterix are from external sources.
